Sorry but this makes no sense. If a brand is showing tremendous growth and popularity it will attract buyers. It has nothing to do with Rich, his past, ICNB, or its share structure. If a company wants to purchase the brand, they will make an offer for the brand.

What that offer would be worth to ICNB shareholders is another topic entirely, but to say Bellissima is not attractive as a brand acquisition to other companies is ridiculous. All they care about is the brand's popularity and how they think they could continue to grow its distribution and volume.
