The upcoming Rett trial is a big risk.
Missling must be extremely confident to prosecute this trial when he could just ride out the AD trials in AU and milk it for all its worth. With a 12 week trial missling would have the most $$$ to loose, and soon, so why run this trial now unless its a slam dunk?
