I cannot agree with you. If they postponed receiving payment for the empathy, why not stop signing deals, and tell court they could not get deals due to the infringers?

What makes you believe Kay did sign deals as he announced? He didn't delay the signing and closing of deals/contracts. He announced many deals already. He just has not got any revenue from those deals so far.

I wish you are right, but cannot believe people will do things that way.
