Even with a rising OS, what is more important is how many of the new shares are being acquired, thereby reducing the float. If the float is low, that means not many of those new shares are available, therefore, demand for those shares is significant.

Dilution is happening however the demand for HEMP appears strong.
We can talk about share dumping all day but, from what I've seen, big dumps seem to happen right before good news.. which will push the low .02s back to .03s and higher.

Bring on the news
And bring on the First Friday Tours.
Shit is going to get insane in the cannabis industry.
