Could you also add that on the day after - October 17th - is the day for the Court of Chancery hearing to finally certify that the settlement for the Tharp, Yonemura and Henkel cases are fair and reasonable -- which is basically that the plaintiffs' attorneys will be paid $850k in aggregate for their fees and expenses -- and that the Court will dismiss -- once and for all -- every claim contained in them - and that these claims can never be brought forth in a case again to waste everyone's time with.

Oh... and could you also make note that TODAY is the last day for anyone that wishes to object to that settlement to present their relevant evidence or argument to do so?
