Per MOU BANJ will have less then 10k in debt when the complete merger. Name will be changed to Spectrum King at completion.

This is the real deal company. Huge market. I think their sale projections of 21M as a private entity is pretty close. Spectrum King owner a tech guy. Last company sold in 2011. Big sales up and to the right since starting Spectrum King. Deal with Cree a major lighting manufacturer. This would be for components in the Spectrum King products. They are partnered with major companies and manufacturer in states.
