Between ARCA and NITE over the past 3 months. I think between the two of them they have sold over 30 million shares during this time frame.

It's been said there are many many, many millions of naked shares being sold, and that have been sold over the years. To catch this type of action, I'd think you'd have to have the software to track it, and you'd probably have to do that on a daily basis, right? That's how I understand the process (which frankly isn't saying much). Otherwise, that data is likely lost like leaves on a deciduous tree in the Fall.

But if you were to capture that data on a daily basis, you might be able to build a case or something based on that. Of course, if I had a plan, a really good plan, I wouldn't use that data until all my ducks were ready to fly. First I'd release updated information on L. And if it were blinded (hence blended) data, so be it. It would also be very helpful to have it come from all the primary investigators, and not just the company. That would just give the data so much more credibility. AF and minions can't really get away with attacking them so easily then, you know what I mean? However, I wouldn't do this unless I had the good people at the FDA on my side for that... because you don't want to do anything to make them mad. And then Lo... perhaps the FDA would then react to a very impressive article with a bunch of really excellent data in it. GBM patients and their families would also want that treatment for themselves... heck, maybe they'd even demand it! I can just see it on Cancer Compass now! And the FDA might even decide then that the blinded blended data is just so dang good that it warrants a preliminary approval - an AA type thing - while everyone waits on the final randomized data to mature. Now wouldn't that be a good plan?

And then, with all that good stuff in one's hand, does anyone here think that whoever's been selling NWBO shares like a crazy man wouldn't also have a plan - a plan to still try and thwart you? Of course, these types of peoples have been doing these types of things (attacking small biotechs) regularly - they can probably do it in their sleep. I mean, maybe they've grown so accustomed to the process that they actually are asleep? At the wheel?

Anyway, you likely would want to stop any "thwarting" so you should have multiple subplans to the plan. And one of those subplans should involve tracking all that naked data stuff. Because if you've been tracking it, then you have proof of it. And I'd think you can do stuff with that proof. :)
