I am working on building all my monthlies now that I have focused on the ones I like and are in profit. took a few months to weed through them but right now also focused on ORC CRF CLM and HCAP.

I like RIV they are giving a rights offering to share holders of record on October 12 along with the Xdate for the monthly.

I got a nice write up on SA dividends in my email with a stratagy to sell and buy back in after the RO. Since I don't own I will just wait. I am going to use it to replace My DMO that I sold recently. More bang for the buck!
