I can explain, Slow Mover...

So what is happening is that IVDN is attempting to acquire as much documentation as possible to prove that the FTC complaint has been driven by more than just their normal procedure, which is to protect CONSUMERS and other parties from predatory or fraudulent practices or claims.

Insultex has been tested now over 40 times, including by Perry Johnson Engineers and BRC Labs, both of which work for governmental entities like the Department of Defense, testing products for government and military applications.

Every single time Insultex has passed with flying colors, most of the time showing insulating properties (R Factor) that exceed the stated goals of the testing.

At this point the goal of everyone (except the FTC) is to have proceeded through this case carefully, making sure all information is examined, all i's are dotted, all t's are crossed, ending with an open and shut case - Insultex is exactly what IVDN says it is, and more.

As a result, should there be a appeal of the result that comes out in IVDN's favor, the FTC will face a brick wall of evidence against them, and an airtight legal case with no flaws to exploit.

Finally, as a result of this case, should IVDN emerge victorious, and every indication I have seen is that they will, then all of IVDN's approved and pending patents will be PROVEN out, and not just approved. This is a HUGE event, in my opinion, adding untold value to their intellectual and industrial property.

If house wrap is a $6 billion industry worldwide and $3 billion in the US alone (my numbers are a couple years old so I am not sure), and IVDN were to capture only 10% of the existing market, then we are talking $300-600 million PER YEAR.

With a conservative profit margin of 40% that translates into projected earnings of 120-240 million, or roughly $5-10 per share in EARNINGS, using 25 million shares outstanding. A stock price of $100 per share is actually not outrageous in that scenario.

The truth is that someone, Dupont, Kimberly Clark, Owens-Illinois, or even the Irish company, CRH, is going to make a buyout offer on IVDN long before we get to that point.

The most likely suspect is DowDupont, which controls something like 75% of the house wrap market in the US alone.

Tyvek is so vastly inferior to Insultex that I am pretty sure they are going to do whatever it takes to acquire Insultex

That's my opinion
