I don't think there will come a 8K explaining the way forward.This BOD has only 1 point on the agenda:milking and doing nothing.After 5 years and still no merger:I should look it up how they exacty said after taking KKR as partner(in crime).They we're now able to talk with the big boys about possible M&A???over 2 years gone and zip,nada.No 8K coming except the one about free shares for themself for all the hard work.
