I just don't believe a majority shareholder would cancel a perfectly good, now clean shell. I believe a RM will take place. Either RM Soupman back into the SOUP ticker and continue business or RM another company into the SOUP shell. What would be the benefit of just tossing it in the garbage? Hell, they could sell the shell. BTW, is WC publically traded? Hmmmmmm, there is a candidate.
