The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of NNSV because of questions regarding the adequacy and accuracy of publicly disseminated information in NNSV’s press releases, periodic financial statements, and related disclosures provided to OTC Markets Group,
Inc. (“OTC Markets”) from at least January 2015 through May 2017 concerning, among other things, NNSV’s operations and financial condition.
