Kodiak is not a long term investor. They are short term players. That's their business model. They do these transactions with numerous other OTC companies. The actual terms look fine at first glance- as long as NFusz pays them before the due date. I just don't trust Kodiak. They've been in several lawsuits with other OTC companies. A company with the potential revenue growth that NFusz has coming, doesn't belong with these guys. It's that simple.
