Greetings FUSZ Owners
I will host a video conf tomorrow to discuss the financing referenced in today's 8-K. I will explain why this is very different than traditional equity line type financings, why this makes sense for our shareholders, and why we believe this will help create meaningful long-term value. Please provide all questions you want covered in the video to Nathan (Bad-Dog) by end of day today and I will do my best to address them all provided they don't call for information outside the parameters of SEC disclosure rules.
