No it wont, it will be revoked, that will be the end of this CUSIPS and nothing is going to stop that at this point.

Has nothing to with banks, nevermind they were under a suit from the only bank that had loaned them money in which they defaulted on TWICE.

With no Form 211 and with 12J proceedings in process this is done. Just some volume as those try to save the last few dollars before becoming illiquid and eventually revoked.

There is no debate on that outcome for this stock.
