WTF? You missed my point. This appears to be a reverse merger which I talked about a long time ago. The SOUP ticker from the shell has value..get it?

In retrospect this has been a very confusing experience. I originally believed that commons were safe and then changed my mind when I was given verbatim feedback from multiple people via PM's regarding conversations they had with Hagan.

I remain a skeptic to some degree and would recommend others do the same. There are a number of variables yet to play out.

I am still long. I don't have the share count where I would like it to be but I am adding. I see a RM as being the most logical next step but that is pure speculation. In the meantime I expect Hagan to oversee the process of rebuilding the brand.
