we heard that about Canada 5-6 years ago and it eventually was found t be false.
doesn't make any sense for retailers to only shuffle stock once a year. I'm not saying the do it every week but they certainly will find space for a new product that will sell given enough incentive.

BIEL produced end of row displays for Supervalue which would probably get them into stores quicker as they dont take shelf space.
