I known the OS of VGTL is between 500M and 600M shares (estimated at about 525,052,508 shares based on its Similar-OS TA-Transparent peer's current OS count and the 200-Day Average Daily Volumes comparison between VGTL and AFTC).

Anyway 525M shares of OS for a stock trading at 0.0001 ~ 0.0003 is really cheap since the Market Value is just $52,505 ~ $157,516! Even at its most recent New 52-week high $0.0014 the MV of VGTL is just $735,074 or $0.7M which is still very low comparing to those crazy peer's MV at peak (such as EFLN's $17M MV or EVRN's $2.6M MV)!
