Some things to consider are, who goes through the trouble and expense to buy a public shell , hire an attorney or attorneys to clean it up, very possibly have investors in place to do huge share buybacks possibly reducing half the float, begin showing signs of life behind the scenes, then come out with BAD NEWS lol ? You can absolutely bet your bottom dollar the news is going to be epic with many new players and a large escalation in PPS. All my opinions as always.
