RMRK is officially a Bitcoin play now per CRCW wed filing!

per Wednesday filing on CRCW we have the confirmation now that Croe Inc is becoming THE CRYPTO COMPANY and they are moving into Nevada !!!

20 days or so from 27 sep and we should see the changes reflected to OTC

1. To approve the change in our corporate domicile from the State of Utah to the State of Nevada (the “ Conversion ”);

2. To approve the proposed Articles of Incorporation of the Company reflecting a change in our name to “The Crypto Company” (the “ Proposed Name Change ”);
