that's why tech buyouts are so common. large companies with marketing reach and trained, specialized staffing can easily add a new product line.

let's say you're a big telecom/networking giant. would you want the security companies, like allied universal, to go to RAD for the tech, or come to you?

the first major company to forge a relationship with RAD will be best positioned to own them later. they could bridge to a buyout by funding us. <~~~ (hey, imagine that!)

i know many are talking "nasdaq bound" for RAD, and that may happen, but i think a buyout is more likely while we're on the OTC.
