Just so it is also clear that WMI was not only the parent of WMB but was also - I believe - a creditor.

So there is a question as to whether WMI - as a creditor of WMB - will receive a distribution from FDIC.

I simply don't know whether WMI actually submitted a creditor claim to the FDIC, and - if it did - what kind of claim, what amount, and whether FDIC allowed the claim.
