Anyone novice watching the SLNN stock can easily see the price manipulation, in my opinion.
Just look at the end of every week closing "BUY" orders. This stock was propped up to .0004 or .0005 at the end of every week with $30-$50 Buy transactions when the stock could have easily been purchased for .0002.

The big stock manipulation relates to the 13 significant investors who capitalized the company at it's beginning with the Reverse WSTY W270, Inc. Merger and Round 1 loans that converted to discounted shares in the Billions. Then in June another $2.5M Round 2 Funding which would have dumped Billions more of discounted SLNN shares into the OTC market, damaging the SLNN share price with massive dilution.

If the SEC decides to examine the timing of Saleen's heavily hyped new product promotions to the dates of the loans converting into discounted SLNN shares then Saleen and his Financiers may have some "Splanning" to do. I mean after all, logically, why would private investors strike a loan arrangement with a nearly Bankrupt, Debt ridden and delinquent Saleen with almost no Revenue for Millions of dollars?
Unless, they could recover those loans plus a fat profit by selling their discounted shares to the public? Saleen's back door Agreements for the private investors was Prioritized at the expense of the public SLNN shareholders. In other words, the CEO and Saleen Board of Directors failed in their duty and responsibility to operate Saleen for the benefit of it's public shareholders. Quite the Opposite. Given these facts, now that the SEC is looking at Saleen (SLNN), if they Investigate then Saleen and his financiers may be fined or potentially prosecuted for fraud, in my opinion. That would be Justice for all the Saleen shareholders stuck holding their bag of worthless untradable SLNN shares.

Also, I do not believe one word of the Saleen shareholders on this site that claim that they are holding for the long term. Who could sit on millions of Saleen shares purchased at higher prices and watch passively as Saleen authorizes loans that convert into billions of SLNN shares at a discount? It makes no sense, unless they are participating by propping up the share price at the end of every week and pumping the stock on investor websites. They may also have some "Splanning" to do.
