Are you saying you think that Boeing was going to use Lockheeds HAA?

I agree the funding picture for Lockheeds program is murky.

but I'm not sure I follow your IF/THEN here:
"If DARPA/ISIS is cut, then that also places Northrop's initiatives - and their current partner Worldwide Aeros' initiative in jeopardy."

I understand Northrop may be assisting WWA but not from any specific govt. funding right?
