EMBR de-registered from the SEC on January 20,2015 so there is no longer any registration to revoke. If the stock was to ever be suspended by the SEC it would need to be for fraud since there is no longer any obligation to file Financials to the SEC and any submission (note, not filed) of Financials to OTC Markets is optional as an alternative reporting security.
