I own shares of a defunct company. It is no longer a corporation by the Sec of State of Virginia. Yes, we are capable of trading shares but that could end one day. UOIP has no home address, website, Just an individual that has a personal lawsuit that you posters think you will benefit from. You posters are dreamers with no legal defense. Chapter 7 and your gone and Carter goes to the bank.
