Its funny that the very first Liquidmetal use I heard about when I invested $13 a share way back when, was cell phone hinges for flip phones. At the time, hinges were breaking and also the switch that hung up or turned on your phone as you open and closed the flip would wear out. I read about it in a wireless trade magazine. That's how this journey started for me. I personally loved having a flip. I knew my phone call really ended when I closed the flip. I also loved having big buttons you could feel so you could dial without looking at your phone.
