There is an obsession with BIB name on this board.

We have not heard a single word from Dr M on progress or lack of it on the MTA in nearly 1 year.

In most cases, such lack of progress update for 1 year will be considered as bad sign - but here a deal is speculated

A deal is such material event that co cannot hide it and will need to announce it in reasonable time which is less than 48-72 hours.

Also market has leakers and if deal was being negotiated some leaks will come and stock will start moving up - nothing of that sort has happened yet.
