Com'on, be for real. Deal to be done in 4th qtr means it will be done sometimes in December. Even being hopeful you can guess the soonest partnership announcement to be in November.

As I stated earlier no company is going to tie themselves down to NAK until at least Oct 17th and that's with a positive vote on EPA.

If you want to buy now and hold until some announcement then everyone can do that but we all know this will drop further until then. I like NAK as well but realistically I cant get drawn back down knowing we have another 3months before we know what the company is getting into.
