Turns out pharmaceutical licensing does fall under the Clayton Anti-trust legislation and the HSR (Hart-Scott-Rodino) Act - amended in 2013 .





Good read, IMO. This (NDA) would be consistent w/stealth ops being practiced recently. IMO, the significance of what is about to roll out/be discovered justifies stealth ops. People on the inside w/the knowledge obviously need to be trusted to be doing the right thing.
