This roll out strategy for the franchise new locations makes sense. Keep the early expansion close so its easy to support. I like how they create corporate stores for each region so they can create the appetite and help make the new franchisees successful. Let me tell you, someone who owns a franchise and does not have this type of support, it will make all the difference in the world.
