I agree Unclefester and think if they want to flip this in the future then now is the time to plow ahead to be ready to supply the market which helps keep others out. It sounds like they have a great quality product and growing system. It could get to 10 bucks if they do everything right and hit that buy out price with enough expansion. They must remember to keep shareholders interests front and center to get there or they will shoot themselves in the foot. It does seem like they realize this.
