Valerie states herself and in filings there are over 50 million outstanding. Just because their shares are locked up and unavailable for the float means nothing. If company sold they come into play. Otherwise you are saying if company sold then only the holders of 4.7 million shares get money. Totally wrong!!
Yes the MM's have been in this from the very start. Probably trying to grab shares now for another flip before news comes out. A stock like this is easy for them to control somewhat with their paid pumpers and bashers and shorting then the cover to start another run. Myself I use them in the same way they are trying to use us. At this level it is safe to grab some as the expansion will put this well over a buck again.
