It is very sloppy to have 57 weeks as first bullet point and then not clarify the last applies to 5 weeks. Oh well...


Sloppy, yes. Still, what they seem to be saying (confidently) is that the dose response relationship is observed at both 5 and 57 weeks, except it is not statistically significant at 57 weeks, where it was in 5 weeks. Correct? Could it be that with the number of participants changing they could not report statistical significance?
