If this company is sold for example then the shares locked up are included in the mix. They state themselves that there is over 50 million outstanding and they own most to hold control. How else are they going to profit if they expand and then flip this company if they do not own outstanding shares?? There are 100 million authorized, little over 50 million outstanding and what 4.7 floating for trading that are expected to increase to 7 million once the expansion is complete. In any market cap calculation the total outstanding must be used and not just the floating. So it is fully valued here at about 70 to 75 most until production and revenue increases. It is the rate at which they are expanding that has me thinking that we should do quite well and break free of this level soon.
