Absolutely correct!
Unrealistic goals seam to be the norm for Kim. Without communication we are left with very little. Time frames come and then pass with no fanfare.
Perceptively nothing is getting done backed up by lack of communication.
If I did this to my customers I wouldn't be in business for long.
There are many faithful longs here.
I give them a ton of credit.
Again, I love the product. Iffy on management.
