Another update from Puerto Rico. Communications are horrible. I behave like an addict looking for WiFi lol.

Well, not really. Im almost resigned to not having internet, but we really have no idea of whats going on around us (in PR especially).

Still trying to follow AMFE as best I can. Looks like we are establishing a new floor in the .17s, and that the bull run has not yet properly started.

Thats ok though. Reminds me of how when we were trading in the .06 range, and then we hit the .09s. After that the bull run started shortly. I like the idea of consolidating in this area for a little bit of time.

Franchise plans seem to be moving well. I think that what will start the run proper will be the announcement of the audits, with the dividends providing more momentum for the wave.
