Looks like Steve Smith was also CEO of a company called Sharkreach in 2016. Same phone number associated with it. Unclear if he is still involved in that company. It is also listed in the OTC. Looks like Steve has a very nice background in business and marketing. It shows 17yrs experience.

I am not sure exactly what the plan is with EEGI yet, but he does seem successful at what he does.
