Don't about 600, 000 people die of heart attacks each year in the US alone ...whats the number of total CV events in the US ( alone )

1.35% of those is how many people ?...who averted a cardiovascular event by maintaining a very low cost / low risk , low dose aspirin regime.

Whatever number you come up with ...just roughly double it to include those in Europe
