I have finally realized the truth. UOIP has turned into a scam. They have not filed their Corporate papers with the State of Virginia as required to keep your Corporate license up to date. They are non existent. I never wanted to believe this would happen but If you don't have Corporate papers you have become a trading scam. SEC delist companies every day and UOIP may be on the list. What part of UOIP is real? Everything is heresay, maybes, If this happens then that will happen, on and on .............
