Once submitted it to journal it will take at least 4-6 weeks for external review and if there are no corrections they will accept right away. If they have any corrections it will take another 4 weeks. My understanding is they didnt even submit for publication...those who familiar to this process know that realistically we are expecting towards the end of this year or early next year (holidays season wont help getting those reviews out fast).
