Agree that insiders do not have as big an ownership interest as I'd like to see. Not sure of the reason for that but hopefully will see more buying as drugs develop. Their pipeline seems strong and to be progressing well. They received a few small grants lately that not only helps cash position, but also helps to validate the science. A positive PIII for SGX942 may be considered sufficient for marketing application in Europe as there are no approved drugs for this condition. Also received fast track designation from FDA on this. Speculative company in late stage development of 3 or 4 drugs, but they have a few shots on goal and could be a big winner if any get approved. Reward / risk seems very favorable at these levels, but any failures could have significant impact on stock.
