Saleen Shareholders are now officially, SLNN Bagholders. All those billions of SLNN shares are worthless when you cannot trade them.
I feel bad for the early SLNN shareholders who bought in a couple years ago and believed Steve's lies. You got played. Anyone buying SLNN shares in the last two years was warned over and over again and still took the bait.
There is finally some justice here in penny land. Those 13 idiot investors that just spent $2.5M buying billions of shares of Saleen will take a complete loss. This SEC action does open the door for Saleen to be sued for recovery by SLNN shareholders. This case would be a slam dunk in civil court, in my opinion. That is the only potential recovery possible now for SLNN shareholders in my opinion.
