ePlus and Guidepoint Security are among the ACS resellers per Stephen at ACS. We know from the other posted email that Guidepoint helped provide a recommendation on contracts, which we have a hint about. (AON, Blackstone, Unisys partnership contract?, Bank of America Merchant Services, First Data Corp.)

Stephen back two months ago when I emailed ACS wouldn't confirm contracts as under NDA he said. He wouldn't say who contracts are with. This is what I know and nothing can dispute this - these are known facts. I bought more shares today. Best of luck to those who don't believe it - it's happening. This is months of DD on a silver platter for anyone who cares to value it. If one doesn't believe send an email.
