I don't think Roger's big concern is investors reaching out to him directly, but rather shareholders reaching out to their clients and potential clients. It would be the equivalent of your boss reaching out to your clients and potential clients you are working with to verify you were indeed working with them. If I were a client or potential client in that situation, I'd probably lose confidence and consider going elsewhere. I don't understand why this is a difficult concept.

That said, Roger will only have so much time to respond directly to shareholders, so as long as he's not getting bombarded, it shouldn't be a big issue.
