IPR was filed on 03/14/17 @ https://portal.unifiedpatents.com/ptab/case/IPR2017-01041 So in few weeks from now or before i.e. by 10/14/17 I am expecting IPR denial & settlement that will give instant cash infusion ( Expecting $100m+++ from all three ) and It is my strong belief that it is in KAY's mind when he projected strong YEAR END closing.
