I think you need to read their website better.

They say the LNA's are designed to operate as low as 16K and not 4K.

They never say they tested the LNA at 16K or 4K.
They say "Noise figures as low as 2K are possible"
They never say they ever tested the product at 4K.

Reading this the LNA appears to be an untested LNA at 4K. With a comment saying it is designed to make it to 4K.

How can you know the test data at 4K without testing?

The answer is without confirmed test data. These parts are very unlikely to meet 2K.
