W/o any bumptiousness it looks like I am aware of more than you ... Please enlighten me what did trigger the idea that I am not aware of high price / co-pay of V?

Take away the competition .....no need for the coupon program

Really .... Try to see the coupon program as a real businessman ...

Amarin revenue from 'coupon users':

- WSP: $255.58
- 'Gross': $190 (after 'Trade Allowances and Rebates', 'Chargebacks and Discounts' .... assuming that commercial and gov. plans are 50:50 among V users)
- coupon: $70
- 'Net': $120
- COGS: $30
- Gross Profit: $90

=> more than half (app. 56%) of the current coupon users have to remain V users (w/o coupon) to reach the same level of revenue ... more likely the coupon plan will remain, Amarin, with $70 investment, generates $190 revenue / $90 gross profit
