From an email from Edgar Sargent in part - he confirmed that Trust where set up - Just part of email = "Our representation was limited to the Equity Committee during the bankruptcy (which has now been dissolved) and some investigation into claims against third parties on behalf of one of the trusts that was formed in the reorganization."

We should know soon what is in these Trust.
