But don't you think it was a fake 0.10 close?

I mean, the bid and ask were so much lower - someone just bought a few shares at that price, so may drop substantially first thing monday? Especially with no news pending for at least another 2 weeks?

What discounted shares of private placements?

What institutional investors? Where did you get that?
